Aspirus St. Lukes Nephrology is seeking a Nephrologist to join our well-established and collaborative nephrology team in Duluth, MN.This is a great opportunity to inherit an existing patient panel and practice full-spectrum kidney care in a beautiful lakeside city with a high quality of life.OPPORTUNITY:Full-time position with no weekend responsibilitiesInherit and manage your own established patient panel (12-15 patients per day)Clinic consults, hospital rounding, and dialysis roundingCall: 1 week of hospital call per monthState-of-the-art diagnostics, chronic kidney disease (CKD) management, dialysis support, and transplant coordination services (support only)Team includes board-certified nephrologists, an experienced physician assistant, clinic RN, dialysis nurses, and dedicated support staffOpen to experienced providers and motivated new grads, mentorship available BENEFITS: Competitive benefits and generous compensation package including relocation assistance, student loan repayment program, annual CME allowance, and a sign-on bonus.COMMUNITY: Duluth, MinnesotaNestled on Lake Superior, Duluth is northeastern Minnesotas hub for healthcare, education, culture, entertainment, finance, and retail.Outdoor activities abound year-roundfishing, boating, hiking, skiing, snowmobiling, and more.The city offers strong K-12 education options and is home to the University of Minnesota Duluth, the College of St. Scholastica, and University of Wisconsin-Superior just across the bay.Work in a collegial atmosphere where teamwork and interdisciplinary collaboration drive exceptional patient outcomes.
